ORDER TIMELINE

We usually handcraft orders within 28 days. Often we process faster but we cannot guarantee a faster processing time.

In times of high demand, we reserve the right to alter the processing time. 

Things that are made with love and care take time and those things are worth waiting for.

Due to the nature of hand made your product may differ slightly from the product photograph. Each product is unique.

CARE OF FELT

Please care for your natural fibre garment, footwear or accessory by following these instructions.

Store  with lavender bags /sachets and – they smell great & help keep moths and other creepy crawlies at bay. Cedar wood is also excellent for this.  

Our products are rinsed in a felting finish at the end of the felting process which assists in protecting them.

As our products are naturally dirt & odour repellent you will find that you very rarely, if ever, need to wash them. However if washing is required:

  • Use luke-warm water with a little liquid wool wash (or mild shampoo).
  • Submerge your felted item and leave it to soak for a few minutes.
  • Gently swish your felted item through the water a few times.
  • Rinse thoroughly using same temperature water, and same method.  A slurp of vinegar will help to restore the pH of the fibres.
  • You can remove excess water and speed up the drying process by placing your felt item on “spin only” in your washing machine for around 5 -8 minutes. DO NOT USE RINSE AND SPIN CYCLE OR WASH CYCLE FOR THIS.
  • DO NOT USE WASHING MACHINE or TUMBLE DRIER TO WASH YOUR FELT.

SIZING – AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Please consult the size charts when ordering slippers or garments to ensure the correct size.

Please advise if you need an extra wide or extra narrow width fitting for slippers.

SHIPPING

Our company ships by  Australia Post.

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all international products through Australia Post.

BBOHE is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Timeline

Selecting Express Post during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need the same processing time to be handmade.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Sale Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where a refund will not be granted:

  •  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  •  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@bbohe.com and send your item to: Bbohe Pindari, Bevendale NSW 2581 Australia.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bbohe Pindari, Bevendale NSW 2581 Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
