Alpaca wool batts

Bbohe is proud to offer for sale our beautiful alpaca wool batts for spinning or felting.

This fibre from our own alpacas has been scoured, picked and carded ready for your next fibre project.

Did you know that alpacas come in more than twenty natural colours? Our herd has mainly whites, light fawns, caramellos and browns. These colours are so beautiful with the whites and light fawns being suitable to use as is or for dyeing.

We use Landscape dyes to dye our fleeces. The colours shown are Opal and Grevillea. Please note that these colours are challenging to photograph and that each computer screen may represent colours differently. The Opal colour is a deep turquoise blue and the Grevillea is a bright, hot pink/red. 

Other natural and dyed colours will be added in due course. 

All our fleeces are different in terms of micron and other fleece characteristics. If you are after a specific type of fibre e.g. very fine, please message or email before ordering.
